Preceded by the office of Humphrey and Jones, the firm has been a trusted resource for elder law in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle region for over 50 years.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Texas A&M University in 1999, and graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2003. He has engaged in elder law since 2004. The firm’s primary focus is on elder care law and specifically the legal needs of the elderly and people with disabilities. In addition to elder law, Mr. Pullen is well versed in business law, real estate law, and estate planning. He is a member of the Amarillo Area Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
Mr. Pullen frequently serves as court-appointed attorney ad litem in guardianship and determination of heirship cases. Eric has a far-reaching network of expertise available for comprehensive services relative to diverse client needs.
Eric is married to the love of his life, Callie and has two wonderful children; and is an active member of Polk Street United Methodist Church. He is a frequent presenter and speaker before numerous professional and public organizations, published author, and has served on boards and led projects of several civic and professional groups.
